This information is required to process, fulfill, and complete your reservation (including sending an e-mail to you for reservation confirmation).

Reservation Orders

For the purpose of completing your reservation, and except for legally required disclosures, judicial investigations, subpoenas, and court orders, we keep your name, contact information, and credit card details only at the hotel where the reservation is made. Surveys

By completing the reservation, you agree to be sent an e-mail invitation to fill out a guest review form, anonymously if you wish, immediately after your stay at the hotel. By completing the guest review, you consent to the upload of the guest review to the relevant hotel information page on our website, lissiyahotel.com, solely for the purpose of informing (prospective) customers about our hotel’s service (status) and quality. We reserve the right to organize, reject, or delete reviews at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be considered a survey and does not contain (other commercial) opportunities, invitations, or incentives.
