When you make a reservation to stay at Lissiya Hotel, you will be asked to fill in online forms asking for your name, (home or work) address, (work or personal) e-mail address, (mobile, home or work) telephone number, credit card details (credit card type and number, CVC code, expiration date, credit card holder’s name), reservation and smoking preferences to the extent possible. This information is required to process, fulfill and complete your booking (including sending you an e-mail to confirm the booking).

Booking Orders
For the purpose of completing your reservation and except for legally required disclosures, judicial investigations, subpoenas and court orders, we keep your name, contact information and credit card information only at the hotel where the reservation is made. However, from time to time we may use third party distributors who perform various services and functions on our behalf. These third party distributors may have (partial) access to your personal information in order to perform their services and functions; however, they may not use, share or disclose the information for any other purpose in accordance with their confidentiality commitments.
Surveys
By completing the reservation, you agree to receive an invitation by e-mail to complete the guest evaluation form, anonymously if you wish, immediately after your stay at the hotel. By completing the guest review, you consent to the uploading of the guest review to the relevant hotel information page on our website lissiyahotel.com for the sole and only purpose of informing (prospective) customers about the service (condition) and quality of our hotel. We reserve the right to edit, reject or delete reviews at our sole discretion. The guest evaluation form should be regarded as a questionnaire and does not contain (further commercial) opportunities, invitations or incentives.
Newsletters and Other Information
Your contact information may be used in our newsletter, campaigns and other marketing. This information will continue to be sent to you unless you notify info@lissiyahotel.com adresimize that you do not wish to participate.
